WHY PEOPLE TRUST US
People Trust Us
We are a group of professional management specialists, and experienced counsellors, with many years of combined experience in the Job Agency industry. We work in this industry, because we know how challenging life is for these individuals – to be struggling with addiction, to have no work, and to have many co-morbid issues. We started PLP Solutions so we can help these individuals live up to their fullest potential.
Allow us to help you transform these clients.
PLP Solutions team
Our team are highly empathetic, and incredibly aware of the acute and traumatic situations that those with chronic addiction live with. Our counsellors are hand picked for their training, life experience, enthusiasm, and passion to help these specific clients. These counsellors are pursued, interviewed (in a strict process), and trained in the PLP (Passionate Life Program), so that PLP Solutions delivers the exact counsellor experience... so that the PLP model is utillized well, and the client has the maximum benefit, in this life-changing counselling experience.
Addiction
Working with people who have addiction is by far the most complex of all counselling. Why? When our counsellors sit with someone who has an addiction, they usually have so many other complications; whether it be food addiction, sex addiction, or drug and alcohol addiction. The addict usually also has anxiety, depression and/or relationship issues, as well as self dislike and financial struggle. They often feel helpless, angry, trapped, and sometimes suicidal.
The Program
The PLP (Passionate Life Program) is proven to achieve extraordinary results (40% in Full Recovery, 33% in employment) and we are looking to broaden our reach and impact nationally in this niche area of addiction with our fully vetted, qualified PLP trained practitioners. The PLP (Passionate Life Program) began in 2013, and has already helped thousands of clients, and in particular, this PLP model (Passionate Life Program) has been used to help many previously suicidal clients, re-connect back to life, and feel fulfilled again.
