Julie has a holistic, person centred approach to therapy, and has worked with diverse clients with a range of mental health and wellbeing concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, confidence & self esteem. She has experience working in crisis management and suicide ideation & has a special interest in gastrointestinal health and the link to brain chemistry.
