I’m a lot better off than I was 3 months ago. Have reduced alcohol use. I felt cynical at the beginning of the program but I’m wrapped that our paths crossed because I was looking in the wrong direction for stuff and Terrye pulled me back around. The tools are really helpful. Terrye is very good at what she does. |
